SEN Teaching Assistant – Special Education Schools | Across London 🌟
Location: London (various boroughs)

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next rewarding role?
We’re working with a number of outstanding special educational needs (SEN) schools across London, and we’re searching for passionate, skilled individuals who can make a genuine difference in the lives of young people with additional needs.

What you’ll be doing:

  * 

    Supporting children and young people with a range of complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, PMLD, and communication difficulties

  * 

    Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver tailored interventions and one-to-one support

  * 

    Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where every child can reach their full potential

  * 

    Using your empathy, patience, and creativity to help students build confidence and independence

Requirements:
✅ At least 1 year of experience working in an SEN school or specialist provision
✅ Strong understanding of supporting pupils with additional and complex needs
✅ Personal experience with SEN (professional or through family/life experience) is highly valued
✅ Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping others
