Job Title: SEN Teacher
 Area: South Croydon CR2
 Start Date: ASAP
 Contract Type: Full time, Long term
 Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN allowance
 Working hours: Monday to Friday

 Teach and support pupils with complex learning needs in a nurturing specialist setting.

About the role:
 You will plan and deliver adapted lessons, create accessible learning opportunities, work closely with support staff, and contribute to EHCP targets. You will maintain a safe, inclusive classroom environment that promotes independence and engagement.

We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:

Deliver personalised learning to pupils with varied SEN needs
Use differentiation and communication strategies effectively
Work collaboratively with therapists, support staff, and families
Maintain accurate records and support EHCP processes
Promote safeguarding and positive behaviourRequirements -
 The ideal candidate would have:

Qualified Teacher Status
Experience working within SEN settings
Strong understanding of complex needs and alternative communication
Patience, resilience, and a pupil centred approach
Clear DBS and full safeguarding complianceOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted
