About the Role:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teacher to work at our specialist school located in the heart of the rugby community. Our school is dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children with autism and other developmental needs can thrive.

As a SEN Teacher, you will work with small classes of primary-aged children, delivering engaging, tailored learning experiences to meet their individual needs. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver bespoke lesson plans to suit the needs of each student

What We're Looking For:

Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent, with a focus on SEN education

A creative and flexible approach to teaching, with a genuine passion for SEN education
