Responsibilities

Requirements
*
Recent experience supporting students with autism.
*
Ideally 6 months of classroom based SEN experience.
*
A patient, steady approach and confidence supporting varying needs.
*
Ability to commit to full time, long term work from January.
*
A Level 3 TA qualification or a Psychology degree is helpful but not essential.
*
Understanding of how routine and consistency support learning.
