We are looking for a dedicated, passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join an inclusive Primary school in Knowle, Bristol. You would be part of a collaborative team supporting pupils with learning difficulties and SEN, ensuring every child succeeds.

Key Responsibilities
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support children with SEN , Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and SLD (Specific Learning Difficulties) eg ASC (Autistic Spectrum Condition) , ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder)
* Tailor, differentiate and accommodate work supporting pupils with SEN access classwork and set tasks.
* Work collaboratively with staff to support learning development and progress of pupils with SEN.
Person Specification
We are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant with:
* Level 2 or Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in schools
* Previous experience supporting children/young people with SEN e.g. ASC, ADHD.
* Knowledge and understanding of strategies and tools for supporting SEN (Makaton, AAC, PECS)
* A genuine passion for education and helping people SEN children thrive
