SEN Teaching Assistant | Enfield | Daily Supply | £82.14-£100 per day | Immediate Start | Flexible Days

Reeson Education is recruiting flexible and committed SEN Teaching Assistants for daily supply across primary schools in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity for an SEN Teaching Assistant who prefers flexible, short-term work and enjoys supporting children with a range of special educational needs.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working in schools that regularly require last-minute or short-term support for pupils with autism, ADHD, communication needs or behavioural challenges. Daily supply offers the chance to explore different schools in Edmonton, Southgate, Palmers Green and surrounding areas.

Role Details for the SEN Teaching Assistant:

Pay: £82.14-£100 per day

Start: Immediate

Working Pattern: Choose your availability throughout the week

Location: Primary schools across Enfield

Type: Daily supply / flexible cover

Responsibilities of an SEN Teaching Assistant:

Support pupils with SEN on a 1:1 or group basis

Assist teachers with learning activities and classroom routines

Help implement behaviour and communication strategies

Build rapport quickly with children and adapt to different classrooms

Ensure pupils feel supported, included and safe

Requirements for an SEN Teaching Assistant:

Previous work as an SEN Teaching Assistant or SEN support worker

Confidence supporting autism, ADHD, SEMH or speech & language needs

A positive, patient and resilient attitude

Strong adaptability and communication skills

Ability to be available last-minute when needed
