Location: Loughton, Essex (IG10)
 Pay: £95-£118 per day (DOE)
 Start: January 2026 (or ASAP)
 Contract: Full-time, long-term (term-time only)

Are you calm, patient and up for a role where small steps mean everything?

We're supporting a specialist all-through SEND school in Loughton that caters for pupils aged 3-19 with severe and complex learning needs (SLD, PMLD, autism). They're looking for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team from January.

You will:

Support pupils with complex needs in class, small groups and 1:1

Use sensory resources, visuals and structured routines to engage learners

Help with personal care, feeding and mobility (training provided)

Follow clear support plans and celebrate every bit of progress

You:

Have experience with children/young people (school, care, youth work, SEN, support work etc.)

Are comfortable with personal care and physical/medical needs

Are resilient, nurturing and happy in a hands-on SEND environment

Can commit Monday-Friday, term-time
