An Outstanding secondary school in Kensington and Chelsea is recruiting an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their inclusion team from January 2026.

Role Overview:

Support students with autism and additional needs
Deliver 1:1 academic and behaviour support
Work closely with SENCO and teaching staff
Promote inclusion and engagement across the curriculum 

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has SEN experience or strong interest in the field
Is patient, proactive, and resilient
Communicates effectively with staff and students
Is passionate about student successRequirements:

Degree qualification
Enhanced DBS
Suitable references
