Job Description

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in primary schools? We are currently recruiting reliable and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants to provide last-minute absence cover across a range of welcoming primary schools in Ealing and the surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in different school settings while supporting pupils with special educational needs.

The Role:

Flexible day-to-day supply work covering staff absences

Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs including ASD, ADHD and SEMH

Working across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

Providing 1:1 support or small group support

Assisting teachers in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience working with children with SEN

Experience in a primary school setting is desirable

Adaptable, patient and confident supporting children with additional needs

Available for flexible, short-notice work

Strong communication and behaviour management skills
