SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant – Primary (Autism Support)

Location: Bradford
 Salary: £90–£105 per day
 Contract: Full-time, Long-term
 Start Date: ASAP

We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Bradford looking for a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with autism. This isn’t about sitting quietly in the corner, you’ll be the steady support that helps their whole day click into place.

What your day might look like:

Supporting one pupil with routines, transitions, and learning
Using visual aids and structured approaches
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
Celebrating the small wins (they matter the most)

You’ll need:

Experience with SEN, especially autism (school or care setting)
A patient, positive approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
