Who We’re Looking For You might come from: A tuition background A mainstream or specialist school Alternative provision Youth work or pastoral roles What matters most: Strong behaviour management rooted in empathy Experience supporting SEMH or complex needs Professional communication skills Reliability and resilience The ability to work independently If you understand that progress can look like: A student staying engaged for a full session Completing work without escalation Beginning to trust an adult again …then you’ll fit right in. Why Join Us?
