SEND Support Assistant – Primary Schools, Bradford (Flexible Work Available) We are looking for caring and dedicated SEND Support Assistants to join primary schools across Bradford and surrounding areas.
Whether you’re seeking full-time, part-time, or flexible work, we offer a variety of long-term, short-term, and day-to-day placements to suit your schedule.

Your Responsibilities
  * Support pupils with a range of additional learning needs, including SEND
  * Assist in delivering lessons and classroom activities under the guidance of teachers
  * Help create an inclusive, positive, and safe learning environment
  * Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
  * Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and other school staff
Requirements
  * Experience supporting children in a primary school setting (SEND experience preferred but not essential)
  * Patience, empathy, and a caring attitude
  * Good communication and teamwork skills
  * Flexibility and adaptability in a classroom environment
  * Commitment to supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
