Seven Hills School, a specialist provision in North Somerset, supports pupils from Early Years to Key Stage 5 with personalised learning pathways that focus on independence, life skills, confidence, and wellbeing. Role Overview

As a SEND Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils with complex SEND needs across classrooms
Support communication, emotional regulation, and independence alongside academic learning
Plan and implement personalised learning strategies for pupils with ASC, SEMH, and other additional needs
Use a calm, consistent, and nurturing approach to support behaviour, engagement, and wellbeing
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and specialist staff to provide a holistic learning experience
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEND Teacher to make a genuine difference in the lives of pupils with additional needs. Full support and ongoing professional development will be provided.

Requirements

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
✅ Experience teaching pupils with SEND, ASC, SEMH, or learning difficulties
✅ Calm, consistent, and nurturing approach to teaching and behaviour management
✅ Ability to deliver personalised learning and support emotional regulation
✅ Ideally access to your own transport due to location
