Constant support with interviewing and teaching.

Job Description:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the students with special needs in their educational journey. Your responsibilities may include:
* Providing one-on-one support to students with diverse abilities.
* Assisting in the implementation of ECHP’s
* Collaborating with classroom teachers and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Supporting students in developing social skills and fostering independence.

* Assisting with personal care and mobility, as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with individuals with special needs is highly desirable.

* Knowledge of inclusive teaching practices is an asset.
* Relevant qualifications in special education or a related field are advantageous.
