SEND Teaching Assistant - Luton | SEN Schools | Autism, MLD, ADHD & Complex Needs | Weekly Pay | Temp to Perm

Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a number of SEND schools in Luton seeking dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting young people with additional needs.

In this role, you will work closely with pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Global Developmental Delay, helping them access learning, build confidence and develop key social and communication skills within a supportive school environment.

This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

You will also have the support of an experienced Tradewind consultant, who will work with you throughout your placement to ensure you feel supported and matched to the right school.

What's on offer

£90-£100 per day (PAYE)

Full-time, long-term role

Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant

The ideal candidate will

Have previous experience supporting children with SEN

Be patient, reliable and positive

Hold a DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
