We are seeking a passionate and driven SENDCo to join a specialist Secondary SEN & Alternative Provision setting in Northampton. This is a rewarding leadership opportunity to shape SEND provision, champion inclusive education, and support young people with SEN, SEMH, and additional needs to thrive both academically and personally.
The Role
Lead and oversee SEND provision across the school
Support students with SEN, SEMH, and EHCPs
Work collaboratively with staff, families, and external professionals
Drive positive behaviour, wellbeing, and student progress
Support and guide staff with effective inclusive strategies
What We’re Looking For
QTS and experience within SEN or Alternative Provision
NASENCO qualification or willingness to achieve it
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
Passionate, resilient, and student-centred approach
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
