Senior Account Manager – Client Services (Packaging/Print/Manufacturing)£Excellent Salary + Benefits

Are you a confident, people-focused Senior Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, client-led environment?
Due to significant growth and increased demand from long-standing clients, we’re expanding our Client Services team and now seeking an experienced SAM to join a high-performing, supportive group.
This is a senior, client-facing role where you’ll take ownership of key accounts, ensure projects are scoped and scheduled accurately, and keep delivery on track through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
You’ll report directly to the Head of Client Services and work alongside three established Senior Account Managers, plus a wider team of Account/Project Managers and operational support staff.
The Role:
* Acting as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts
* Ensuring briefs are clearly understood, accurately scoped and agreed
* Scheduling work, managing timelines and keeping delivery on track
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality output
* Guiding clients toward strategic, well-considered solutions (not just reacting to requests)
* Building excellent relationships through regular communication and in-person meetings
* Helping balance team workloads and contributing to more efficient ways of working
The Ideal Candidate:
* Confident, warm and engaging communicator
* Highly organised, proactive and comfortable delegating
* Experience in an agency environment (preferred)
* Able to manage multiple projects, timelines and priorities simultaneously
* Practical, calm under pressure and solutions-focused
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word essential)
* Experience with Monday CRM or Basecamp is a bonus
* Background in packaging, print, manufacturing or logistics (preferred)
* Willingness to travel for client visits, supplier meetings and internal collaboration
