We’re looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join a Manchester studio within a well-established architectural practice operating nationally. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects and supporting the continued growth of the team.
The Role
Lead technical design and coordination across RIBA Stages 3–6
Produce detailed drawings, specifications, and construction packages
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and quality standards
Work closely with consultants, contractors, and clients
Support and mentor junior team members
Contribute to BIM workflows (Revit essential)
About You
Strong technical background with solid UK project experience
Confident delivering projects through to site
Proficient in Revit and BIM-led environments
Clear communicator with strong coordination skills
MCIAT (or working towards) desirable
