A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Senior Early Years Educator to join a unique outdoor nursery setting in the Winchester area.
This is not your typical nursery environment. As a Senior Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education while supporting and role-modelling best practice across the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
* Support the implementation of a child-centred curriculum
* Identify and maximise learning opportunities throughout the day
* Build strong, meaningful relationships with children and families
* Act as a role model within the team, supporting others to deliver outstanding practice
* Ensure high standards of safeguarding, care, and wellbeing are maintained
Requirements
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
* Experience working across all Early Years age groups
* Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for child development and outdoor learning
