Working pattern: Hybrid (blend of home and office-based working). Office in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

Key responsibilities of the Senior EHCP coordinator:

Manage a small caseload of New EHC assessments (approximately 40-60 cases at any one time), or Existing EHC plans (approximately (Apply online only) cases)
Responsibility for day to day oversight of complex casework
Provide regular expert case supervision to a team of EHC coordinatorsRequirements of Senior EHCP Coordinator:

Proven local authority experience within an EHC/SEND function (essential)
Ability to draft high-quality, legally compliant EHC plans in line with internal quality assurance processes
