Job Description

Senior Estimation Engineer (proven experience in Qatar is preferred)

This is a high-level technical role for a main contractor in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for determining the total cost of a project to ensure competitive and profitable bidding.

Responsibilities include; Bidding & Tendering, Quantity Take-off, Cost Analysis, Subcontractor Management, Value Engineering and Risk Assessment

Key Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
UPDA/MMUP Registration: Grade A certified engineer is desirable issued by the Urban Planning & Development Authority.
Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Candy (CCS), CostX, PlanSwift, or AutoCAD. High-level Excel skills are mandatory.
8-12+ years of experience
Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and the specific tendering procedures of Qatari authorities like Ashghal or Kahramaa
