Salary: £55,000 to £65,000 per annum base 

10% bonus + Private Healthcare + 25 days holiday + pension + life assurance + flexible hours

Hybrid working - 3 days in the office & 2 days from home 

Overview

 A highly reputable FMCG Brand operating across UK&I and Europe is looking for a qualified Senior Finance Manager to join their busy & growing finance function. This FMCG brand is turning over around £75 Million & is part of a Global FMCG Group that turns over £1.5 Billion annually.

This Senior Finance Manager vacancy will lead a small team of 5, manage everything from Financial Transactions and Operations, Month End Reporting, Year End Reporting, support with Budgeting & Forecasting and lead projects to create efficiencies in process and implement new systems for better ways to work

Key Responsibilities

Direct the financial close process for multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of consolidated results across both Month End Management Accounts & Year End
Compile and submit group-level financial reports, contribute to forecasting activities, and communicate performance insights during regular business reviews.
Coordinate tax compliance and statutory filings, including VAT and customs duties, while maintaining accurate intercompany balances across European jurisdictions.
Provide leadership and guidance to the payables function, driving team development and overseeing operational efficiency.
Facilitate external audits and internal reviews, safeguarding adherence to regulatory standards and corporate governance requirements.
Deliver analytical commentary and financial perspectives to inform strategic initiatives and support commercial objectives.Skills & Experience Required

ACA/ ACCA or CIMA Qualified - MUST
FMCG or Consumer Product or Product Manufacturing experience - MUST
Experience leading & managing a team - MUST
Experience producing management accounts & leading year end process - MUST
At least 2 years of Finance Management experience - MUSTBenefits
