Job Description

Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Senior Import FCL Operator to join our friendly and proactive Client in Witham.

Permanent, Full-time position

Monday – Friday (8am – 5pm)

20 Days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Free parking on site

Permanent role available at this company as they continue to expand with long term contracts being won.

Your responsibilities include:

  * Arranging air, sea & road import bookings

  * Dealing with overseas offices & partners

  * Working start to finish on files

  * Processing sales & purchases

  * Quoting UK clients for FCL

  * Quoting & managing shipments for several FBA (Amazon clients)

  * Updating new client bookings in shared drives with pricing.

  * Looking after big key accounts

  * Raising Invoices

  * Managing direct client accounts

  * Ensure customer queries and complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively in line with our policies and procedures.

You will need:

  * Confident and outgoing individual.

  * Deep Sea Import Experience a MUST!

  * 10 years Forwarding experience desirable but not essential

  * FCL working experience

  * Previous experience working independently with key accounts

  * Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.

  * Driver with own transport is desirable.

  * UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
