An established London-based interior design studio specialising in high-end hospitality and restaurant projects. With a collaborative culture and a commitment to design excellence, the team prides itself on innovation, detail, and fostering long-term client relationships.

Role & Responsibilities

Prepare concept designs for Director review and client presentations
Develop full design concepts, storyboards and InDesign layouts
Confidently communicate ideas through sketches, digital drawings and presentations
Lead projects through detailed design and delivery
Produce and oversee technical drawings and packages in AutoCAD
Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors
Attend site meetings, mock-up reviews and manage snagging processes
Oversee multiple projects or project areas simultaneously
Ensure all designs align with budgets, programmes and studio standards
Drive projects forward with a proactive and problem-solving approach.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 6 years' professional experience in interior design
Proven track record leading projects from concept to completion
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and hospitality design standards
Excellent communication, organisation and client-facing skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp and Microsoft Office
Ability to inspire, motivate and mentor team members
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships
