The Job
As a Senior Learner Engagement Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of learner recruitment and engagement strategies for Adult Skills, ASF, and Skills Bootcamp programmes.
Your responsibilities include:

Leading end-to-end learner engagement from enquiry to enrolment and progression
*
Managing and motivating a small engagement team to achieve recruitment and retention targets
*
Building and maintaining strong partnerships with Jobcentre Plus, local authorities, community organisations, and employers
*
Coordinating outreach activities, digital engagement campaigns, and community events
*
Supporting multiple Skills Bootcamp cohorts and ensuring compliance with ASF and AEB funding requirements
*
Monitoring learner engagement, progression, and KPI performance, and adjusting strategies to maximise outcomes
*
Working closely with delivery, operations, and compliance teams to maintain high-quality learner experience
This is a hybrid role with travel across Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, and Halifax.
Ideal Candidate
*
Extensive experience in Learner Engagement, Employability, Adult Skills, Skills Bootcamps, ASF, or other funded programmes
*
Proven track record of meeting learner recruitment, start, or engagement targets
*
Strong leadership skills with experience managing small teams or engagement officers
*
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
*
Ability to plan, deliver, and evaluate outreach and digital engagement campaigns
*
Strong organisational and data management skills, including CRM experience
*
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across West Yorkshire
