The company delivers projects across commercial, healthcare, residential, education, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors while ensuring full compliance with Irish Regulations, EN Standards, and the BCAR process.

The Role

An excellent opportunity for an experienced and client-focused Senior Mechanical Design - Building Services Engineer to join their team at the office in Dublin.

  * 

    Preparation of mechanical design work from start to finish

  * 

    Produce Mechanical BIM models and construction drawings

  * 

    Manage projects independently from concept through to completion

  * 

    Ensure all designs comply with Irish Regulations, EN Standards, and BCAR process requirements

  * 

    Attend project and design meetings

  * 

    Support site inspections and project delivery

The Skills

  * 

    Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering

  * 

    5 - 10+ years of Mechanical Engineering experience within Building Services

  * 

    Strong technical ability in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering

  * 

    Proven knowledge of HVAC systems

  * 

    Experience in Ventilation & Air Conditioning, Space Heating & Cooling

  * 

    Knowledge of Water Services, Plumbing, Gas Systems, and BMS

  * 

    Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Magicad

  * 

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  * 

    Experience working on projects in compliance with Irish Regulations, EN Standards, and BCAR process

  * 

    Must be eligible to work legally and permanently in Ireland
