Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker – Stanford, Essex & Canvey Island – High Earnings

Location: Stanford, Essex & Canvey Island
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 basic + commission
OTE: £65,000 – £80,000+
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Cameron James Professional Recruitment is working with a successful mortgage brokerage to recruit an experienced Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker.

This hybrid mortgage advisor role involves working 2–3 days in a busy estate agency in Stanford and 1–2 days in the Canvey Island office, offering strong lead flow and full admin support.

You will receive 40+ leads per month, handle 2–3 cases per week, and benefit from average case values of £2,100+. This provides a clear route to high earnings of £65,000–£80,000+.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice

  * Convert estate agency leads into completed business

  * Conduct face-to-face, phone, and virtual appointments

  * Build relationships with introducers and branch teams

  * Manage pipeline and maintain compliance

Package:

  * Basic salary £28,000 – £30,000

  * Uncapped commission

  * Monthly bonuses

  * Full admin support

Requirements:

  * CeMAP qualified

  * Minimum 6 months advising experience

  * Target-driven and professional
