Senior Brand Manager – Maternity Cover

As Senior Brand Manager, you will drive consumer demand and profitable, sustainable market share growth across Europe. You’ll lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives aligned with global and EU brand strategies. Your focus will be on ensuring strong brand positioning, effective activation across markets, and conversion from demand to sales.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Leadership

  * Develop and execute regional brand strategies to achieve business and financial goals.

  * Align regional initiatives with global and local business priorities.

  * Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, ensuring clarity of direction, effective execution, and growth.

  * Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to guide strategic decisions and optimize portfolio performance.

  * Manage marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and impact.

  * Collaborate with global teams to ensure regional relevance and effective brand amplification.

Campaign Planning & Activation

  * Lead integrated marketing campaigns across channels to strengthen brand engagement and commercial success.

  * Partner with media, PR, and digital teams to deliver localized activation plans.

  * Collaborate with customer marketing and sales teams to ensure strong go-to-market execution across markets.

  * Manage cross-market promotional calendars and regional activations to drive brand visibility and sales performance.

  * Build strong relationships with strategic partners and ensure marketing alignment and mutual growth.

Market Insights & Representation

  * Act as the regional voice within global discussions, ensuring European perspectives are represented in strategic decisions.

  * Identify market opportunities, challenges, and trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  * Provide regular performance updates to leadership, highlighting key drivers and growth opportunities.

  * Foster collaboration across global, regional, and local teams for seamless strategy integration.
