Provide cost management services on healthcare construction projects.
Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and reports.
Manage procurement processes, including tender documentation and contract negotiations.
Advise on project risks and opportunities from a cost perspective.
Monitor and control project expenditure, ensuring alignment with budgets.
Support the delivery of NHS and other healthcare-related projects.
