Key Responsibilities:

Lead cost management and commercial strategy across multiple projects.

Mentor junior surveyors and support client relationship management.

Provide detailed risk assessments and value engineering advice.

Requirements:

MRICS preferred.

Proven track record in senior QS roles on commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
