Job Description

Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial management of cladding and roofing projects, ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  * Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting

  * Administer contracts (JCT / NEC) and variations

  * Procure and manage roofing/cladding subcontract packages

  * Prepare valuations, payments, and final accounts

  * Identify risks and support project delivery

Requirements

  * Experience in cladding, roofing, or external envelope

  * Strong knowledge of JCT / NEC contracts

  * Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills

  * Degree-qualified; MRICS via Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors desirable

Salary

£65k–£75k plus package
