Senior Quantity Surveyor 
 
Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to take the lead on a high-profile highways project on the South Coast? This is a standout freelance opportunity in Kent offering LTD payment, with the chance to play a key role in delivering critical infrastructure works. 
 
We're seeking an experienced Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic project team on a major highways scheme in Kent. You'll be commercially responsible for overseeing project costs, contracts, and financial performance, ensuring value is maximised and risks are effectively managed throughout the lifecycle of the works. 
This role offers: 
·Competitive day rate (LTD)

You'll bring: 
·Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on highways or civil engineering projects 
·Strong knowledge of NEC contracts (essential)

·Ability to manage subcontractors, variations, and cost reporting 
·A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
