As we continue to grow our European offering, we're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to help establish and develop our presence across the DACH region.

This isn't about inheriting someone else's desk.

Whether you've built your career in engineering, technology or another specialist market, you'll already know that great recruitment is about relationships.

You'll take ownership of your own specialist market, developing new client relationships while building a network of highly skilled professionals across the DACH region. Working as part of our growing European team, you'll play a key role in shaping the next chapter of JAM's growth.

What you'll be doing

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the autonomy to build and develop your own market while working collaboratively with an experienced team.

Your role will include:

Developing long-term partnerships with organisations across your specialist sector
Identifying new business opportunities and building a strong pipeline through proactive business development
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement through to offer negotiation and placement
Building and nurturing a high-quality network of specialist candidates
Becoming a recognised expert within your chosen market
Working closely with colleagues to deliver wider talent solutions and maximise client value
Contributing to the continued growth of our European businessWhat we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities and creating long-term success.

You'll likely have:

Experience running a successful 360 recruitment desk

A proven track record of developing new business and growing client relationships

Confidence managing the full recruitment lifecycle

A consultative approach and strong commercial awareness

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

The ambition to help grow a new market while continuing to develop your own career

Previous experience recruiting across Europe isn't essential.

If you're an experienced recruiter with strong business development skills and a willingness to learn, we'll give you the support to succeed.
