About the Opportunity

Construction is Ireland's fastest-growing sector, with the government targeting 60,000 new homes annually by 2030 and infrastructure investment at record levels. Demand for quantity surveyors, project managers, site managers, and EHS professionals is intense, and specialist recruiters with deep sector knowledge are highly sought after. Our client is a well-established Dublin agency with a thriving construction and property desk, and they need an experienced Senior Recruiter to capitalise on the exceptional market conditions — and to help grow the team.

What You'll Be Doing

  * Lead a senior-level construction and property recruitment desk across perm and contract

  * Place QS, PM, site management, structural engineering, and EHS professionals

  * Manage long-standing client accounts with major contractors, consultancies, and developers

  * Drive new business development with tier-one construction firms and housebuilders

  * Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the wider team's performance

  * Advise clients on salary benchmarking, talent strategy, and market trends

What We're Looking For

  * Minimum 3–4 years' recruitment experience with a demonstrable construction specialism

  * Strong existing network of construction and property professionals in the Irish market

  * Proven senior billing track record and new business success

  * Commercially astute with the confidence to operate at director and MD level

  * Excellent knowledge of Irish planning, procurement, and infrastructure pipeline
