Central London
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, including a car allowance and monthly uncapped commission

Proven experience in a 360-recruitment role, ideally within Construction
A track record of achieving targets and building strong client relationships
Driven, proactive, and confident in managing your own workload
Thrives in a busy, competitive environmentWhat you'll be doing:

Generating new business through B2B calls, meetings, and LinkedIn outreach
Negotiating fees and terms to maximise your commercial success
Managing and growing client accounts and their go-to recruitment partner
Writing engaging job adverts and using social media to attract candidates
Sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
Conducting interviews and managing the full recruitment process
Ensuring compliance with RTW checks and internal processes
