The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment) As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Manage and grow a 360 recruitment desk
Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Source, screen and interview high-quality candidates
Deliver temporary and permanent recruitment solutions
Generate new business through proactive sales activity, client meetings and account development
Achieve KPIs, revenue targets and personal performance goals
Work closely with compliance and operational teams to deliver outstanding service
Location: Birmingham City Centre
 Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced hours during school holidays)
 
Who We're Looking For
Full UK driving licence is essential
Experienced Recruitment Consultants, Resourcers or Delivery Consultants (any sector)
Recruiters looking to develop within a 360 recruitment and sales role
Commercially minded, ambitious and target-driven individuals
Strong communicators with excellent relationship-building skills
