Senior Recruitment Consultant - Data Centres, Nuclear, Water and Highways

📍 Southampton, SO32
💰 £30,000-£34,000 basic + uncapped commission
🎯 Realistic Year 1 OTE: £50,000-£100,000+
🚗 Full UK driving licence required

What you'll be doing

Owning and growing your own specialist recruitment market
Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Winning new business and developing existing accounts
Managing the full 360 recruitment process
Building your reputation and personal brand within your market
Turning your success into uncapped earnings with no commission threshold
