Senior Hotel Restaurant Manager

Permanent Positions | Luxury 5-Star Hotel | Ascot Area

We are recruiting experienced hospitality professionals for several exciting permanent opportunities within a leading luxury hotel and resort near Ascot.

Current roles

Assistant Restaurant Manager – £40,000 per year
Plus approximately £4,500–£5,000 annual service charge

Support the Restaurant Manager with the smooth day-to-day operation of a luxury restaurant. You will help lead, train and develop the team while ensuring guests receive an exceptional five-star experience.

Deputy Restaurant Manager – £45,000 per year
Plus approximately £4,500–£5,000 annual service charge

A senior restaurant management opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional. You will support service standards, team performance, training, restaurant operations and the overall guest experience.

Drawing Room Manager – £40,000–£50,000 per year
Plus approximately £4,500–£5,000 annual service charge

Take responsibility for the smooth running of a luxury food and beverage operation. Responsibilities include leading and developing the team, maintaining exceptional service standards, managing staffing, budgets, P&L and payroll, and helping maximise sales and guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for candidates with previous restaurant management experience within luxury hotels, high-quality restaurants or similar premium hospitality environments.

Five-star hotel experience would be a strong advantage. Candidates should have excellent leadership and communication skills, a strong guest-service focus and the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Good food and wine knowledge, commercial awareness, complaint handling and experience maintaining exceptional service and presentation standards are also highly desirable.

Important – Transport Required

There is currently no staff accommodation available.

Candidates must be able to drive and have their own reliable transport to commute to work.

Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.

Salary & Benefits

Salaries range from approximately £40,000–£50,000 per year depending on the position and experience.

All positions also receive approximately £4,500–£5,000 per year in additional service charge.
