Senior Service Advisor
 Location: Ipswich
 Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00–17:30 + 1 in 2 Saturday mornings
 Salary: DOE + uncapped bonus (realistic £40,000+ OTE)

 Join a Leading Main Dealer as Their Go‑To Senior Advisor
 A well‑established, high‑performing main dealer in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to become the key link between customers, the workshop, and a small team of advisors. This is a hands‑on senior role where you’ll take ownership of the daily flow of the service department and help drive performance.
 
Key Responsibilities

Lead, support, and mentor two Service Advisors
Manage the full customer journey from booking to handover
Oversee workshop loading, job progress, and workflow efficiency
Handle escalations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Identify upsell opportunities to maximise department profitability
Maintain accurate records, warranty processes, and compliance
What You’ll Bring

1+ year main dealer experience (essential)
Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
Ability to support colleagues and take ownership of daily operations
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
Organised, proactive, and ready for a senior‑level challenge
