 An experienced Senior Site Manager is required to oversee the final delivery stages of a Modular Build accommodation project in Wendover, Buckinghamshire.

 This is a high profile MOD project requiring full security clearance

Project Overview

4 Modular Buildings
2 Buildings Completed
1 Building Near Completion (final cut-outs and finishes required)
1 Building Remaining for Final CompletionThe project must be completed before Christmas, so a strong delivery-focused Senior Site Manager is required to push the final programme through to handover.

Responsibilities

Leading site operations and delivery
Managing subcontractors and specialist trades
Driving programme and completion milestones
Managing final stages including:
Fit-out
Snagging
Final installation works
Commissioning
Ensuring strict health & safety compliance
Managing quality assurance
Reporting progress to project leadership
Coordinating with defence stakeholders and contractors

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager
Experience delivering modular or residential projects
Strong experience managing subcontractors and site teams
Ability to drive programme and meet strict deadlines
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and delivery

 Essential

BPSS Clearance or SC Clearance
SMSTS
CSCS Card
First Aid

 Ideal Background
