Senior Site Manager
Location: Brackley (NN13)
Rate: £280 a day (Personal CIS)
Hours: 8 hours a day (Monday-Friday)
Contract: 14 weeks’ worth
Start Date: June 2026
Nelson Permanent Placements are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Site Manager to drive groundworks on a New Build Homes Development site in Brackley (NN13).
The role is client facing so a personable and professional manner with the ability to support the team and directors in communicating with stakeholders and the workforce.
Day to Day Tasks
  * Delivering project in line with quality, cost & programme
  * Ensuring all plant, labour and materials are ordered in a timely manner
  * Behave in line with company values. Teamwork, integrity, quality of service
  * Managing the project and deliver quality outcomes on time and in budget
  * Manage health & safety
Senior Site Manager Requirements:
  * A Valid CSCS Card (Black)
  * A Valid SMSTS Certificate
  * A Valid 3-day First Aid Certificate
  * Civil Engineering Background (HND/HNC/Bsc)
  * Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager (specifically on groundworks and earthworks for housebuilding).
  * Your own PPE (a Hard Hat, Hi Vis Vest and Safety Boots).
  * Computer literate
