You will be responsible for driving structural design from concept through delivery, providing technical leadership, and supporting the development of junior engineers.
The role involves leading design development, resolving complex technical issues, managing project delivery, and working closely with clients, architects, and key stakeholders. You will play a key part in maintaining design quality, programme, and cost control, while contributing to the continued growth of client relationships.
