 West London - Hybrid (2 days WFH) - High-Rise, High-Profile JV Scheme
 
A major UK housebuilder is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to take the lead across pre-construction for a landmark West London development. This is a rare opportunity to join a reputable developer delivering a 300-unit high-rise scheme, structured as a joint venture with a high-profile client.
With Gateway now progressing, the project is moving into a crucial phase - full design coordination, planning conditions, early-stage technical strategy and the foundations of delivery. Construction is set to commence around 2027, making this the perfect role for someone who excels at long-term programme planning, technical oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.
 
The Role:

Driving all pre-construction technical coordination and design development
Managing consultant teams and ensuring drawings/packages are aligned
Working closely with planning, commercial, construction and development teams
Ensuring compliance, quality, and innovation across technical outputs
Supporting the transition from pre-con into delivery as the project progresses 
What You’ll Need:

Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator/Senior TC within a residential developer is essential
Strong pre-construction and design coordination background
Experience on complex RC frame or high-rise schemes
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and perform confidently in a JV environment
