We are seeking an experienced Senior Vehicle Technician to join one of our respected clients in Grays, Essex. Competitive salary range: £38,000 – £44,000 (uncapped bonus potential)
OTE exceeding £55,000 per annum
Monday to Friday working pattern, 8:30am to 6:10pm
One in three Saturday mornings required

Diagnose and repair faults on cars and light commercial vehicles to the highest standards
Conduct servicing, maintenance, and inspections in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
Ensure repairs are carried out efficiently without compromising quality
Use diagnostic tools effectively to identify issues and verify solutions
Maintain accurate job cards and update service records
Support workshop team to ensure smooth operational workflow
Adhere to health and safety procedures at all timesRequirements of a Senior Vehicle Technician:

Proven experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician
Strong, fully developed technical skills and knowledge
Ability to work confidently on various makes and models of light commercial and passenger vehicles
Experience with diagnostics and fault-finding
Excellent communication skills and professional attitude
