Service Administrator – Hastings (Fire & Security) – Pertemps
£14–£16 per hour

Pertemps is pleased to be working with a top fire and security company who are looking for a Service Administrator to join their team in Hastings. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent role with a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, directing and screening them where necessary
Act as the first point of contact for all fire and security service customers
Liaise with internal departments to coordinate service operations
Manage your own workload and prioritise tasks efficiently
Work independently and as part of a team
Complete administrative tasks accurately and with attention to detail
Book service appointments and schedule engineer visits
Collate information to support the engineer's attendance
Produce invoices on completion of works
Skills & Experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Proactive and able to manage a varied workload
Confidence using office software and service management systems
Customer-focused with a professional attitude
