Day Shift
£34K (full time- temp 2 perm)

We are looking for a new Service Administrator who has an engineering or HGV background for a busy mechanical engineering client in Rugby.
This is an office-based role (absolutely no hybrid / remote options), and you will be boking engineers who will be carrying out service / installation work.
This will involve managing diaries, taking calls, using a CRM, generating invoices, speaking to other departments and typical admin tasks.
Have a background or in a mechanical engineering / HGV background is essential for this role (it’s NOT a graduate role and we are NOT looking for an aerospace / automotive engineer).
The perfect person will be someone who has worked within a similar role, booking service engineers to attend appointments and creating the associated paperwork.
