£12.21ph - £13.00ph
Travail are recruiting for a Service Administrator for a family-owned Company that retains that “family feel” where policy is to promote staff from within ensuring that managers and representatives all have grassroots experience.
As a Service Administrator, you will:
* Be Administration support to Workshop and Service Departments for multi-site operation.
* Be responsible for arranging training and booking accommodation.
* Process external and internal invoices for workshop costs.
* Process warranty claim credits.
* Data entry of all information in to Excel and bespoke databases.
The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience with Service administration and an understanding of invoicing and accounts.
* Have experience in a heavy data entry role.
* Be conscientious and diligent with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
* Be experienced with working to challenging deadlines.
* Must be computer literate inc excellent skills with Excel.
* Have a full UK driving licence and own transport due to location.
Hours for the role of Service Administrator are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm, 40 hours per week.
This role would suit anyone from the warranty, service, aftersales, claims processor, data entry specialist industry
