Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run dealership in Horsham for the position of Service Administrator / Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated motor trade professional looking to join a friendly and professional team. The Service Administrator / Advisor will play a key role in ensuring smooth aftersales operations within a busy dealership environment.

 Benefits:

Basic salary of £30,000 per annum, with potential bonuses up to £5,000 based on labour sales, customer satisfaction, and upselling
Working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break

Managing service bookings and scheduling appointments efficiently as a Service Administrator / Advisor
Preparing accurate job cards and maintaining all service documentation to high standards
Providing administrative support across the service department, including liaising with customers
Covering service advisor duties when required, including vehicle updates and customer communication
Handling warranty documentation and assisting with warranty claim processes
Supporting parts department activities and stock management where appropriate
Delivering high levels of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction as a Service Administrator / Advisor
Contributing to the overall efficiency of aftersales processesRequirements:

Previous experience as a Service Administrator, Service Advisor, or Warranty Administrator is highly desirable
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Able to multitask and work effectively in a hybrid role as a Service Administrator / Advisor
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Knowledge of manufacturer warranty procedures is advantageous but not essential
