 Our client, a reputable franchise-approved dealership in Warwickshire, is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their team in Leamington Spa. This is an excellent chance to advance your career with a well-established company that values its staff and offers a supportive working environment.

Up to £28,000 basic salary with an OTE of £35,000

No weekend working – Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm

Provide proactive and professional customer service to clients scheduling vehicle services, maintenance, and repairs
Welcome customers into the Service Department and liaise with them throughout the service process
Coordinate with the workshop team to chase work in progress and keep customers informed
Arrange for courtesy vehicles where necessary
Upsell additional products, services, and warranties where appropriate
Ensure effective communication between customers and the workshop team
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service qualityRequirements:

Recent or current experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry is preferred
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a customer-focused approach
Basic mechanical understanding of vehicles
IT proficiency, ideally with Kerridge/ADP systems
Knowledge of warranty procedures and liaising with vehicle manufacturers is advantageous but not essential
