Advising customers on vehicle services and repairs in a professional and courteous manner
Booking service appointments and managing workshop schedules efficiently
Upselling additional services and relevant parts to maximise workshop profit
Liaising with workshop staff to ensure timely and smooth service delivery
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history
Providing excellent customer service to foster long-term client relationshipsRequirements:

Friendly and loyal personality, with a strong commitment to long-term employment
Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are essential
Good organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively
